Conference: Make Climate Visions Become Reality!

Alliance in the Alps, Alpine Town of the Year and CIPRA International are happy to invite you to their joint conference. It is a unique opportunity for actors at local level from all over the Alps to engage together in climate action. The vision to reduce greenhouse gases and to cope with a changing climate is global – but it is the local level where visions become reality.

Bring in your ideas to reinforce and speed up joint climate action in the Alps!

During the conference, the “Alpine Partnership for Local Climate Action” will be launched. This platform will foster climate action at local level, the creation of implementation tools and partnerships and the exchange of experiences among different climate actors in the Alps.

Day 1 of the conference will focus on the political and strategic dimension, day 2 will offer networking, exchange and the development of local action.

EUKI stands for European Climate Initiative and is a programme financed by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU)
